Security awareness training by text message
Mente Labs runs a security awareness training program for employers. This page explains how its text messages work: who receives them, how a person joins, and how to get help or stop. You join by text message, not on this page: it has no form and collects no information.
Join by text
Text JOIN to +1 (415) 523-9130 to get your training notices by text. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.

Who receives these messages
Only employees of organizations that use Mente Labs for security awareness training. An employer adds its own employees to its training program from inside the Mente Labs platform and confirms that it is authorized to enroll each of them. Mente Labs does not buy mobile numbers or collect them from any other source, and it does not send marketing messages.
How a person joins
Your employer adds you
Your organization enters your name and mobile number in its Mente Labs training program and confirms that it is authorized to enroll you. This does not send you any text message.
You get your invitation
Your training invitation from Mente Labs names the organization that enrolled you, explains the program and shows how to join by text.
You text JOIN to +1 (415) 523-9130
Joining is voluntary and happens only when you text JOIN from your mobile phone. Until then, the program sends no text messages to your number.
You get a confirmation
After your JOIN, one message confirms that you joined and tells you how to get help and how to stop.
What you receive after joining
- Notices to begin a training exercise, and reminders about one that is still open
- A link to educational feedback after each exercise
The exercises themselves take place by phone or on a Mente Labs web page. Our text messages never ask you to reply with a password, a payment card number or other sensitive information, and their links lead only to Mente Labs pages on mentelabs.com.
Help and stopping
Reply HELP at any time for help, or write to support@mentelabs.com.
Reply STOP at any time to stop. You receive one message confirming that no further text messages will be sent, and none are sent after that.
Your privacy
Your mobile number and your consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing. Numbers are shared only with the provider that delivers the messages for us, and only to deliver them.
The details are in our Privacy Policy and in the text messaging section of our Terms.
